Kartiorullalaakerin esittely:
Kartiorullalaakerit ovat erillisiä laakereita, ja laakerin sisä- ja ulkorenkaissa on kartiomainen rata. Tämäntyyppiset laakerit on jaettu erilaisiin rakennetyyppeihin, kuten yksirivisiin, kaksiriviin ja neliriviin kartiorullalaakereihin asennettujen rullarivien lukumäärän mukaan. Yksiriviset kartiorullalaakerit kestävät säteittäisiä ja aksiaalisia kuormia yhteen suuntaan. Kun laakeriin kohdistuu säteittäinen kuormitus, syntyy aksiaalinen komponentti, joten tasapainotukseen tarvitaan toinen laakeri, joka kestää aksiaalisen voiman vastakkaiseen suuntaan.
KartiorullalaakeriSovellus
Kartiorullalaakerit ovat yleensä eri tyyppisiä eli kartiomainen sisärengaskokoonpano, joka koostuu rullalla varustetusta sisärenkaasta ja häkkikokoonpanosta, voidaan asentaa erilleen ulommasta viisteestä (ulkorengas). Kartiorullalaakereita käytetään laajalti autoissa, valssaamoissa, kaivosteollisuudessa, metallurgiassa, muovikoneissa ja muilla teollisuudenaloilla.

X: Ulkomitat ovat kansainvälisten standardien mukaiset.
CD: Kaksinkertainen ulkorengas öljyreiällä tai öljyuralla.
TD: Kaksinkertainen sisärengas kartiomaisella reiällä.

LAADUNVALVONTA (Q/C)
- ISO-standardien mukaisesti meillä on ammattitaitoinen Q/C-henkilöstö, tarkkuustestauslaitteet ja sisäinen tarkastusjärjestelmä, laadunvalvonta toteutetaan jokaisessa prosessissa materiaalin vastaanottamisesta tuotteiden pakkaamiseen laakereiden laadun varmistamiseksi.
PAKETTI
– Laakereissamme käytetään standardoituja vientipakkauksia ja ympäristösuojattuja pakkausmateriaaleja, myös räätälöidyt laatikot, etiketit, viivakoodit jne. voidaan toimittaa asiakkaan pyynnöstä.
LOGISTIIKKA
– Normaalisti laakerimme lähetetään asiakkaille valtamerikuljetuksissa sen raskaan painon vuoksi, lentorahtia, myös pikakuljetusta on saatavilla, jos asiakkaamme tarvitsevat.
TAKUU
– Takaamme laakereissamme materiaali- ja valmistusvirheitä 12 kuukauden ajan toimituspäivästä. Tämä takuu mitätöityy, jos käyttö ei ole suositeltua, virheellinen asennus tai fyysinen vahinko.

K: Mikä on huoltopalvelusi ja takuusi?
V: Lupaamme kantaa seuraavan vastuun, kun viallinen tuote löytyy:
1,12 kuukauden takuu ensimmäisestä tavaroiden vastaanottamispäivästä;
2. Korvaukset lähetetään seuraavan tilauksesi tavaroilla;
3. Hyvitys viallisista tuotteista, jos asiakkaat sitä vaativat.
K: Hyväksytkö ODM- ja OEM-tilaukset?
V: Kyllä, tarjoamme ODM- ja OEM-palveluita maailmanlaajuisille asiakkaille, pystymme räätälöimään eri tyylejä ja eri kokoisia koteloita eri merkeissä, räätälöimme myös piirilevyn ja pakkauslaatikon tarpeidesi mukaan.
K: Mikä on MOQ?
V: MOQ on 10 kpl standardoiduille tuotteille; räätälöityjen tuotteiden osalta MOQ on neuvoteltava etukäteen. Näytetilauksille ei ole MOQ:ta.
K: Kuinka pitkä toimitusaika on?
V: Näytetilausten toimitusaika on 3-5 päivää, joukkotilausten toimitusaika on 5-15 päivää.

Meillä on täysin tuotantolinja, ja valvomme aina tiukasti jokaista tuotantoprosessia raaka-aineiden valmistuksesta, sorvauksesta lämpökäsittelyyn, hiomisesta kokoonpanoon, puhdistuksesta, öljyämisestä pakkaamiseen jne.
